I love how these turned out... I was worried the cranberries would be too tart, but it's just the right about of moistness and flavor. I opted for the buttercream frosting, but broke up Ghirardelli white chocolate vaniila bean squares and put a piece on top of each for that little burst of white chocolate flavor. I can't wait to take these to work tomorrow.
