A few changes:<br />1. 1 c. whole wheat pastry and 5. all purpose flours<br />2. reduced oil to 1/4 c. added mashed banana<br />3. added 1/4-1/3 c. chopped ginger<br />4. added dashes of nutmeg, allspice, clove and ginger<br />5. lined bottom of baking tin with cranberries prior to baking.<br />6. Used flesh from one roasted sugar pie pumpkin rather than canned pumpkin. <br /><br />Result: Amazing.
