So--what was Michael Ruhlman like?
Cool - I have read some of Michael's non-food books and I like his writing. He seems to have a good sense of humor too. Did you have a chance to talk with him ?
I am soooo jealous. I love Michael Ruhlman. I have his site linked on my blog. His banter with Bourdain is awesome.
